• You must be a natural person of sound mind, capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as players on the hagzy platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have requested any form of account restriction that would prohibit participation in the services offered by hagzy. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not elapsed, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or organisation. You may not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the hagzy platform. Each account must be operated solely and directly by the registered account holder.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the hagzy platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and the Bangladesh mobile number to be used as your account identifier. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Your registered Bangladesh mobile number serves as your permanent username and account identifier. This number cannot be changed after registration is completed. You are responsible for ensuring this number remains active and accessible for SMS verification purposes throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. hagzy will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any communication channel. If you believe your password has been compromised, you must change it immediately using the account recovery process and contact hagzy support without delay.
• hagzy reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, and is required to do so for withdrawals above ৳10,000. Required documents may include a copy of a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified period may result in temporary account restriction.
• hagzy accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account, any balance held within it, or any winnings to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the transfer void and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hagzy platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hagzy supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at hagzy's discretion. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. hagzy does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes. Deposits are credited to your hagzy account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hagzy does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or to a payment method in a name other than the registered account holder. Processing time for withdrawals is typically 10 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet transactions, though delays may occur due to network conditions or verification requirements.
• Players who request a first-time withdrawal above ৳10,000 must complete a one-time KYC identity verification process before the withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals above this threshold may require re-verification at hagzy's discretion. hagzy reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hagzy may from time to time make promotional offers and bonuses available to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all hagzy bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited automatically.

• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to new players making their first qualifying deposit. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Multiple accounts created to claim welcome bonuses multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to change or withdrawal at hagzy's sole discretion without prior notice. hagzy will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to ongoing promotions where practically possible, but is not obligated to do so.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hagzy platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the hagzy platform, including but not limited to automated betting, automated account creation, automated navigation, or any activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or coordinating betting activity with other users in a manner designed to circumvent the platform's risk management systems or to gain an unfair financial advantage. This includes any form of chip dumping in poker or card game variants offered on the platform.
• Knowingly exploiting software errors, glitches, game malfunctions, or pricing errors on the hagzy platform to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from a verifiable software error or pricing mistake may be voided by hagzy at its sole discretion.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the hagzy platform as a vehicle for processing illicit funds. hagzy is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, identity verification, or any communication with hagzy support staff. This includes submitting forged or altered identity documents during the KYC verification process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the hagzy platform, including but not limited to the hagzy brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphical elements, text, software, code, game assets provided by hagzy (as distinct from third-party game provider assets), and any other materials accessible through hagzy.club, are the exclusive property of hagzy or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hagzy platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 7. Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting hagzy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by hagzy's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
